The italian legacy still strong. Nous nous, half/ half would be caffè macchiato, almond milk, ruzata in Tripoli, orzata in Italy. I was born there early 60's and grew up in Tripoli, glad to see many things haven't changed. Pity for the falling apart Italian architecture.

So many non Libyans who spent time in Libya gave positive feedbacks about people and the day to day life here, despite everything we are going through including all these clashing militias, they all seem to mention the good part as well

Tripoli is city of beauty , love , peace and real Islam , and we are people of Tripoli living together in peace and brotherhood , War Lord Hafter and his bloody militias came not to fight against terrorist groups , who has no existence in Tripoli , he is the real terrorist
