DO NOT GET FRONTIER INTERNET, internet stopped working wed Dec 7 said they would be out to fix Sat.Dec 10 NO SHOW. As of today Monday Dec 12 still NO SHOW. Rescheduled to Dec 27 ???? #ask Frontier #FrontierComm.

Going on day 5 without internet and TV. Frontier said they would be out saturday NO SHOW. then said Sunday NO SHOW found out they dont work sundays. Then they would be out this morning NO SHOW. Help line not helping either #FrontierComm #AskFrontier.

I was told my Frontier Comm that they would be out today to fix my problem. The direct message people just told me they dont work on Sundays, WTF. I guess I will have to call cablevision to reconnect. There bad too.

Beware of Frontier new fiber internet. I just got the service a month ago and today Ill been with out internet for 4 days. The service man was to come Saturday afternoon and didnt show up. Still waiting no one to call.#frontiercomm.
