@MargTokar @ArynToombs has excellent data on severe outcomes in AB. Just yesterday, 13 new kids were hospitalized in AB. Schools have been closed for 2.5 weeks but set to reopen Monday.

@MargTokar @VanIsleVeggie How do we know that they are hospitalized *because* of Omicron not *with* omicron (because of other illness) due to its prevalence? I have a minimizer friend who insists Fauci said it was the latter and I’d like to settle this debate.

@MargTokar Did you get the vaccine when pregnant? That is what is suggested. Common theme is mothers were not vaccinated in pregnancy, as reported by global news. What about Underlying comorbidities?
