Remembering back to when @MichaelPHart1 and I first labeled plates as “clumpy” or “not clumpy” and found that it corresponded with wt or nrx mut 🤯… Now we know where and how neurexin contributes to a simple form of social behavior. Forever grateful for this experience 🐛🧠🔬👩🔬
New paper ALERT!! @MaraCowen discovered and defined how conserved autism-associated genes modify a 'social' behavior in C. elegans!! So proud of her work in the lab!

New abortion ban bill introduced in SC Senate would prohibit anyone from telling a pregnant woman that she could go to another state for an abortion, prohibit anyone from driving her there, and prohibits a website from providing info about abortion. This cannot stand.
