AUSL softball on ESPN… from 31,000 feet in the air on my Delta flight to California for PGF Nationals. When I played, this kind of visibility didn’t exist. To the next generation: you’re growing up in a softball era we used to dream about. Don’t take it for granted. 🥎💫.

We shouldn’t be shocked by the number of kids hitting the transfer portal. We helped build this mindset early in travel ball: if it’s hard, switch teams; if someone else plays the position you want, don’t compete—just leave. We’ve taught kids that loyalty is optional.
