To increase safety of roadside workers, drivers on a multi-lane road or highway must move over one lane, if it is safe to do so, to allow workers the space to work safely. Failure to do so could result in a fine of $243 and 3 demerits. @YourAlberta #ABRoads #RoadSafety

When driving in wind, it can be difficult to drive on roads, especially when it blows across your route. π Always keep both hands on the wheel & look ahead for flying debris on the road. Please slow down & if you don't have to go, don't.β #ABRoads @511Alberta

The weather is getting cooler, and Mainroad crews are still out on the road. βπ· Take extra precautions when driving near work zones in the fall. Rain and fog make conditions unpredictable. Slow down, watch for our flashing lights, and keep crews safe. #ABRoads

The work is never finished for Mainroad crews! No matter what time of day or what day of the week, crews are out on the road for one reason: to keep the travelling public safe! #SlowDownMoveOver for crews. We appreciate it! #ABRoads
