Actually what I saw, (from what I could see) was that someone in Tipsters discord posted something ("gore") and Tipster got frazzled by the emojis in chat so much that he put the discord on stream. IDT it was anyone in Salvos chat that was also in Tipsters discord.

Yes that person was a salvo viewer, because salvo was having his audience go to different streams/discords to harass other creators.
