@Macys @macys is a HORROR now. The reps mess with you. I was put through paces that took 90 minutes and told "Of course we can return it for you! We just need to speak to Gift recipient." After doing that: "Sorry we cannot return the dress" The manager said that was not true. HORROR

@Macys They literally stole my XMAS money..... they then told my bank declined the transaction which was a lie...my bank said they hit my card in 11 seconds...5 minutes later the order was cancelled....I literally cannot buy my wife an Xmas present because of these thieves

@Macys @Macys @bbb_us won’t let me return items delivered 25 days ago it goes by order placement date vs when you receive the item. Is that legal? Sometimes it takes 10 days to receive items. I was surprised by the “new” 30 day return policy and now this. I will not be shopping there.
