The Esa Pole stuff is why you can't fully trust them when it comes to personnel decisions. They get fixated on certain players and keep/play those guys over the better players.
Esa Pole was cut in preseason by this team and was the best tackle on the field tonight. You can’t make this up. Horrific organizational process.
