Great to see. As a physician, you can tell in an instant if the nurse is agency or full-time. It makes a big difference. Agency nursing should be eliminated. Nurses should be paid fair. They're as crucial as police and fire. @OntHospitalAssn

If ER docs do LPs, intubate, chest tubes and crash surgical airways at 4AM - a surgeon can do routine surgery at 4AM if we give them OR time, nurses, and anesthesiology. Show me a patient not wanting their case done sooner and get on with life. The hospital OR stands empty.
