This Bill is not safe. It's Starmer's Bill and even he will not guarantee its safety, only that it will be 'workable', 'effective' and 'enforceable'.

This is worse than I thought Europe needs to wake up. If the US and Russia can carve up Ukraine over our heads and we can’t stop them , then they can do the same to any one of us. Russia welcomed back to G7 under Trump peace plan

So the point of the BBC in your view is to stop Farage/Reform. Can you explain why the 30%+ currently telling pollsters they plan to vote Farage/Reform should, by your logic, continue to pay their licence fees? How can the BBC claim to be impartial and yet be tasked by people

The resignations of Tim Davie and Deborah Turness must be a chance for the BBC to turn a new leaf, rebuild trust and not give in to those like Nigel Farage who want to destroy it. We must stand up for a strong, independent BBC, to stop Trump’s America becoming Farage's Britain.

Just a reminder, the @BBC “mistakes” aren’t mistakes , they are a postion it wishes to push. I once got the BBC to admit it’s Brexit reporting bias - the first time it ever did so and its intention was clear https://t.co/B3NsHk960F @GuidoFawkes

I 100% back the BBC. It is central to the values and identity of this country. Not just news but also arts, science, education, entertainment and more. Time to recognise and celebrate its brilliance, not to pull it down.

China Spy Scandal: “If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck - it’s a duck”. 🦆 Geoffrey Cox’s brilliant 4-minute demolition of Starmer’s position, his statements to Parliament and a damning exposé of his humiliating weakness on China.

Impossible to overstate the impact this news will be having on workers and their families here in Aberdeen. Uncertainty and job losses have plagued us since the Labour Government came to power. Workers, their families and our communities deserve better.

Lord Falconer says people with “learning difficulties or autism” could, with “proper assistance”, access assisted suicide. That should alarm every Peer in the Lords. Vulnerable people don’t need help to die. They need support to live.

Türkiye? Where's ‘ü’ on the British/American keyboard? Does the Prime Minister also now call Germany ‘Deutschland’, Hungary ‘Magyarország’, Albania ‘Shqipëri’? If not, why? And if it's about courtesy or respect, Greece should be ‘Ελλάδα’, rather than imposing upon them the Latin.

If this does occur, Trump does deserve the Nobel peace prize and of that doesn’t happen - after they gave to to Obama for … well what? Then the prize means nothing.

Keir Starmer has just lied about the collapse of the China spying trial. Keir Starmer said that the last Government did not categorise China as a threat. That is a direct and easily disprovable lie [details below]. It is now clear from the DPP’s most recent letter that the

The very idea of politically appointing the judiciary is utterly ridiculous. It undermines our very democracy. Political power should be divided among three distinct branches of government—legislative, executive, and judicial. Separation of powers is a very important maxim.

The UK needs to update its constitution to become a modern nation state. No other nation allows constituent parts to become “independent” - that’s the tyranny of the minority. The last thing we need from a security POV is a divided UK. Only Russia and Iran would be pleased…
