I’m also co-writing a memoir to help remove the stigma and raise awareness.

If you’ve ever spent 37 days in a behavioral health unit alone, ashamed, and afraid, you’d know why I cried a lot last night in reflection & appreciation.
These people and some others made sure I wasn’t going to battle my mental illness without unconditional support. 💚
