@LizHcks The cab rank rule has nothing to do with whether the law is right. It's about refusing to allow advocates to choose who to represent to ensure access for all. Plus as you aren't on the CPS Panel, you wouldn't be asked to prosecute anyway so this is an empty gesture

@LizHcks @JolyonMaugham Not sure if this is relevant but a casual chat with a friend who is a corporate lawyer led me to believe his large company are fairly selective re clients?
