May the new board not only have women but truly be inclusive with their voices heard. A diverse board is good but just a start. Get a good coach like @torinellis to facilitate to ensure inclusion. Consider @megbear past President of SAP SuccessFactors.

Our doctor of 20+ years was let go this summer by SH. We have tried now for months to get a new GP. It’s been impossible to get a response from his office nor did @SutterHealth reach out to us with any help to replace him.
