I used to be a huge @NealsYard_ fan but no longer. Poor customer service, and stinginess towards customers has left a bad taste. Will not be buying again.

One thing I do not understand: children’s toys that require batteries that run out after 15-30 minutes of play. Seems like madness. For a parent with ADHD, there are about a hundred steps of impossibility in getting those toys in a usable state.
