First question: why not take the paternity test? .Thoughts: This is so manipulative. If the case is about things that happened beyond the paternity test filings etc. why not address the other accusations?.
In the matters of Coley and Satterthwaite v. Carter,. Jay-Z filed two 40-page motions to dismiss on lack of jurisdiction, rules of law, etc. Also, asks Judge to take notice of eight previous court rulings that did not result in Rymir getting a paternity test, dating back to 2010.
