Well done to Freya Brown, Cerys Wright, Rowan Taylor, Innes Wright and Howie Allison who were racing at inter counties today. All ran well with Freya & Cerys part of the U15 girls team who won gold medal and Howie part of the U15 boys team that won silver medal. Great running ๐๐ป.
