Four of our firefighters heading to Turkey as part of the @UK_ISAR_TEAM to help with the search and rescue mission following the devastating earthquakes.
UK ISAR are sending an emergency response team to the Republic of Türkiye to assist rescue efforts following the devastating effects of the recent Earthquake which took place Mon 6th February 23. A Heavy Team of 77 UK ISAR team members will support the Search and Rescue mission.

Today our Y5 pupils enjoyed a visit from the Leicester Fire Service. They learned all about how quickly fire can spread and how important smoke alarms are in keeping us safe. Thank you to @LFRS_CommSafety for a fantastic workshop!

Can't believe another near miss today with children seen playing on frozen water in Leicester. Fortunately the children were called from the ice by @leicspolice and given some strong words of advice. Please advise your children not to play on frozen water - it is not safe
