I feel like all this is the opposite of what anyone needs. In permissionless money networks, regulation is just manipulation sanctioned by authority outside the network's rules. Filling that regs gap = no point to #Bitcoin or $crypto in the first place.
I feel like either the SEC or the CFTC needs to regulate the non-securities token exchanges. Right now there’s a gap: SEC doesn’t regulate non-securities & CFTC generally doesn’t regulate spot commodities. We have disparate rules, inefficient markets & possible manipulation.
