@Kayzach1 It's a radial halftone I made using a feature in photoshop. After that I dragged it into CLIP STUDIO and erased some of the edges for a gritty effect.

@nattomuda It's a custom brush! But you can get something like it (although rougher) called the Yeti Rough Inker.
