So the mentor or training model is blamed. the trainees unionize, evade assessment by blaming the training model/mentor, and mediocrity or substandard performance sympathetically allowed.

I have heard from a source that is reliable but a step or two removed from the situation that the @Harvard Corporation has asked President Gay to resign and she has refused. Gay has apparently said that if she is fired, she will sue. Gay has retained her own counsel. I can’t.

Harvard faces an existential moment. America expects better of @Harvard. There is hard work ahead to demonstrate we, Harvard, can live up to that expectation. If you don't think there are faculty preparing to undertake that work, you are mistaken.
