Not exactly my favorite, but it is kind of funny how in 1932 the Mäntsälä rebellion in Finland lasted for a few days organized by the far right Lapua movement, before crumbling thanks to a speech by the president on the radio

Can’t help but be fascinated by the Japanese invasion of China. Basic I know but the Japanese were essentially invading the largest land power.

The Triple Partition of Eastern Europe right after (and actually during) WWI - it doesn't even have a common name but it really should. It's a very important part of the history of the region and western historiography act as if it's a footnote.
