That will happen on it's own. Harper and the team is here to get the economy on track. There is more to Alberta than just oil, and oil isn't going away anytime soon. Nobody can predict the future, and if we could we wouldn't be in the mess we are now.

Now Conservatives are going to criticize me but, although his age may be a factor a good candidate for the ERCT might be another former PM in Paul Martin. If you remember even tho tough measures he did recover a lot of our Trudeau years debit.
