I’ve had lots of convos with arts marketing folk recently and everyone is just so tired, over worked, under resourced…we have to fix this, right? The sector can’t keep running on the warm fuzzy feeling of working in the arts. Are there any resources/projects that can help?.

or shall we just accept that when you’re in a room full of humans, things can distract you and that’s ok? I’ve never been annoyed when someone’s taken a pic/short recording…I’ve really enjoyed their enthusiasm and excitement (having been in audiences and on stage a lot),.
