Taking that interest on the money is not a conduit to unilaterally increase payment to workers by Zoomlion unless explicitly stated in the contract. Gov’t should re-work the modalities in the contract if the wages must be increased amongst other things

I have been following this mantra and really want to get the point. Waiting on the evidences on other infractions in contracts like you said. I do not see why you have an issue with a businessman for asking more on his investment (30%) when Gov’t delays Payment.
