@KMonkemuller Rat 🐀 tooth 🦷 forceps. Most important to trick to reduce any damage to oesophagus to keep it very simple and use less instruments.

@KMonkemuller Today I had the exact adult case, she had no clue how she swallowed a quarter 3 months ago! Anyways took it out with a net and rubber funnel shaped overtube to protect les/ues!

@KMonkemuller In case of slippary FB a good option is to use biliary balloon.. I had to use it in 3 years old where rat tooth forceps FB kept on slipping

@KMonkemuller I prefer to remove with a basket, with day toot when you are passing through The esphincter superior always loose a coin. Every time i ask myself: “ why kids don’t take pills but always swallow coins, botons?”
