Motor vehicle rules,which is explanatory of the motor vehicle act, clearly depicts right of way for the pedestrian. The third world needs ample education on driving procedure and etiquettes.Just by buying a car does not make us superior.

No washroom facility at Tragbal Razdhan pass. I mean anywhere form Bandipora to Gurez road. Not even at all tourist places in Gurez.
