You know what one of the worst feelings is?
In a group chat or even just texting when you are repeatedly never responded to.
When the conversation just stops after you say something.
This is why I just get discouraged from trying to start conversations…

i'm so sorry that you have experienced something like that. I know it sucks. i found my peace just to ignore ppl who does that long time ago, but definetly remember how it feels...

Yeaaaa that feeling is felt. I usually avoid gcs nowadays, for that reason and also just because they overwhelm me a lot

I avoid big group chats normally but it’s even 1 on 1 texting too, just makes need feel like a bother you know?

I'm not in any gc's because I find them overwhelming and stressful. Even on main, I'm very sporadic and taking a few minutes, here & there 🤷🏽♀️
But I know what you mean 😔

I try not to let it get to me in large gcs but it’s been happening a lot with even just 1 on 1 texting so I think it’s just a pattern I’m seeing lately 😕

Chatting can be quite tricky. Sometimes I just don’t know what to answer. Or how to say goodbye. Or how to bring up a certain topic. And then I just stop. I might even feel rude for it.
But if there is a pattern, then I would start to wonder, too.

Oh I can totally be the same way! Or I am terrible about reading a message and forgetting to respond and I respond later but I think because it has become a pattern is why it’s starting to get to me…

I know I’m really bad at doing this. I never want to bother people when I’m not in the right headspace. But I should still be better about voicing that instead of just going silent.

This is my life 🙃 I’m super introverted so i don’t interact much. It’s hard to not think it’s me when I finally work up the courage to say something and it gets completely ignored.

The same things happen to me in gcs, but a lot of discussion happening can also overwhelm me into not participating. Not usually in an individual conversation tho, that’s easier to handle
