Majority has their whole life net worth in real estate as that’s only asset class where u r comfortable in putting your biggest chunk plus u can actually utilise it ( in terms of rental or living in it)

@KA_charts In India,no other investment..whether gold, stocks, or mutual fund can match real estate in terms of investment share for most of the people.
