You can’t read now? SAPS is mandated Nationally not at Province. The vehicles “bought” by Gauteng Gov, ownership will have to be “transferred” to SAPS which in the books will be recorded as a donation from the Gauteng provincial government. Its not province who buys SAPS cars.

Wrong Provincial Adminsitration have no jurisdiction in procuring Assests for a National Department, so a provicincial department or governmnet donates Assests to Local Municipality or National Department and therefor Lesufi is correct?
