Here’s what the Code of Conduct requires of legal practitioners.
Looks to me like Dali violated three of the rules of Professional Etiquette when he told Adv. Le Roux SC to shut up.
Twitter, I got her status wrong.
Adv. Le Roux was recommended for Silk in June last year, nine months ago.
I had assumed that the appointments were made.
They haven’t yet, so although she has been recommended for it, she is not yet SC.

Everyone treats this as an episode of Survivor, choosing and speaking for their contestant. But I always tried to teach my children that when there is uncertainty, or different views, always go back to what is written down. Objective standards or instructions override our views.

The same Mpofu was accusing PG of racism in the manner PG addressed Moyane . He calls a fellow professional to 'shut up' even if interrupted he cld hav been courteous...he himself keeps interrupting n was never interrupted

Justice Zondo violated them also. Dali Mpofu did a great job and defended himself. White ppl want to use their superiority everywhere and that is exactly what happened at the comission in this instance. Times have changed.

That professional was supposed to wait for her turn, all are equal..
'shut up and listen'......
transitive verb. : to cause (a person) to stop talking. intransitive verb. : to cease writing or speaking.

This code is exactly what Advocate Dali Mpofu was enforcing when he told that entitled white woman to shut up... she was violating it. She is the offending party.
Each time black people react to white offence, it is black people that are shown the rules that whites violate.
@JustineLimLaw
The unprofessional disrespect of Adv Mpofu by Adv Leroux and DCJ Zondo was not on.
The Judge must beware any appearance of bias which is why he fixed it.
Nothing more to be said other than absolute nonsense audience 'gasps'. Pravin could get himself a warning for his behavior
