Also copy in Home Affairs because consular services and official documents falls under that dept. excellent news because they usually have a bad rep

should have a chat with her embassy staff in Cairo. No one answers the phone, no one knows anything about anything and if you manage to get through they tell you whatever you need to do must be done in SA. Exactly what is the purpose of the SA embassy in Cairo?!
