This was my first time making biscuits from home-milled flour. Also my first time using the soft white wheat berries that I got for Christmas.

Ashley made her first gravy. She also cooked sausage to go along with my biscuits (made from fresh-milled wheat) and scrambled eggs (made with butter, sour cream, and chives). Served with her pineapple kombucha.
