And look..to be clear, police are full-on terrorizing Black people throughout alllll this. That’s a HUGE part of why half the time, police depts have to be damn forced take even halfway decent looks at missing person cases in poor, not to mention non-white areas.

You're exactly correct. Serial killers don't get caught; they get *themselves* caught, by getting sloppy.
And with the terrible systemic racism in US policing, Black communities have the most unsolved murders.

Police in Cleveland received multiple rape complaints against Anthony Sowell. The city received multiple complaints about the rotten stench in the neighborhood and he was not questioned or caught until a victim escaped. He raped and killed eleven Black women.
