Hey so, I’m a lawyer, huge “true crime” fan and a police/prison abolitionist. Let’s play a game. Show me a serial killer and I’ll point out the police incompetence necessary for the killer to kill. Police do NOT keep you safe. Least of all, from serial killers. Prove me wrong.

But we’re criticizing police b/c we pay their salaries w/our taxes but they’re absolute ass at their jobs—can’t even keep us safe from people LITERALLY famous for being violent/deadly. You are a large part of the problem, and abstracting your profession of any responsibility just shows your dishonesty
