Parents should be raising their children, not being forced to give them over to strangers (or even trusted caregivers, for that matter)!
Address the real problem: a single just income should be more than enough for a family. Both parents should NOT need to work.

Of all the accomplishments I’ve made in life, the height is being able to be the sole breadwinner, but this is only second, to having chosen a woman that wants to be at home, to raise our children. She loves this role. Men, you can do this, it is so healthy and rewarding.

This is a very helpful step for those who have this situation. If someone has to help a parent who is having health issues, and they themselves cannot work due to many responsibilities at home, then some kind of relief could be helpful, because it impacts both people in many ways
