It's easy fix the busses. Manage repairs. Proper scheduling. Monitor & respond to complaints in & on time. Minimise waiting period even during the slow periods btwn 09-00 & 12-00 noon. Buy smaller busses for those times. Clear markings

Please could you improve on your bus service and treating and honoring the commuters complaints with respect. We are tired of buses that break down or buses that are not able to travel on the road properly. When are you going to be bringing the new buses😳😳😳. Empty promises🤬

When will you address the overcrowded buses? When an accident happens and people’s lives lost/hurt. These board members just outside to take pics nothing else

So they will get the clean working busses 🤔. Why not put them on a route with our normal commuters so they can experience our issue

Can they please start by fixing the busses and attend to address the over crowding of the busses. These are real everyday challenges that we commuters face each and every day.

They must travel with each bus and see what is happening in their bus
Why they traveled one during the day?
Provide busses, fixed them stop corruption, ask the passengers metro bus is a mess big mess the bus is always full
