One of the refurbished buses has been burned this evening on its way to Eldorado Depot. Its a sad case that community Members are failing to protect assets at the heart of service delivery. We are very disappointed with the conduct of the community members involved in this act.

Am gutted. As we are trying hard to have more buses on the road , criminals are trying harder to get them off the road. Sad day indeed, it feels like literally watching money burn to ashes. To our commuters, we apologize as this is likely to inconvenience you 😡

What this community is not being taught by their corrupt leaders, is repairs costs money. It's then obviously taken from budget otherwise allocated for service delivery. The very same thing "they are so called fighting for?". Money will be even more difficult to allocate now.
