@JoburgMetrobus @CityofJoburgZA These interventions have been tried in the past. Previous administrations have culled fleet numbers from 550 to +/-400. Yet the city continues to grow 🤔 The needs of the ageing double decker fleet is of serious concern. How long till we see new ones?
