Been talking about 2X balance, design, and stuff lately. It’s all important but it’s also important to have fun Top tiers and mechanics we don’t like will always exist. Remember to relax and enjoy what you’re doing above all else

SF6 doesn’t patch and doesn’t retain players long term. Their lack of costumes/lack of characters doesn’t help. Strive is getting a 2.0 which is sick DBFZ is still getting stuff which is cool The other big issue is Saudi and prize splits. FGs are becoming too corporate greed

Just seen Sajam’s video about the state of Fighting Games and events. I think FGs are in a scary spot. Lowkey SF6 is Japan focused which is bad for us (and PPV) COTW is the same top tiers and its already niche enough Nen impact was a flop 2XKO isn’t popping off T8 is hated

I’m pretty locked in on Jinx/Yasuo. It fits me the best when I’m playing Jinx. Though, Yasuo is just a placeholder for something else tbh. This is just the closest to what I want to play with Jinx

I still genuinely believe 2XKO is the best fighting game I’ve played since DBFZ in terms of fun factor. I just really want the devs to change what needs to be changed and not just change up combos for Yasuo every patch

Fury, Teemo, Yasuo, Ekko are the worst parts of this game. There’s a lot of bugs too. Jinx is fun, but fighting against the same 3-4 champs is not. There’s no variety in playing those champs either. The game has really gotten maxed out really fast

2X balance aside, I’d still rather fight Ekko than Braum

Just fought Teemo/Braum DD where the round start strat was to shield and then do Teemo double down tag to get Unbreakable for free That has potential to be BROKEN

Why does Fury exist? It literally makes comebacks too easy. You can’t even get chipped in Fury and every BNB just is a TOD. Who thought of this?? It’s braindead

Again this isn’t a “shit on 2X” post. I know it’s early access, but it’s people have short attention spans and there’s a ton of games to play. How do the devs keep people on the game as well as how do they get the console players to play when they are months behind?

With the amount of bugs and lack of characters, and console. I genuinely wonder what they’ve been doing behind the scenes to make 2X all this time I wonder how much funding they got and how much of a priority this game was for Riot as a whole

This isn’t a “shit on 2XKO post” the devs have been very communicative and helpful, but I fear the public view won’t last. The numbers on streams/content aren’t as high as people thought they’d be. Early access has been out enough to where the game can be criticized as such

2XKO is SLOWLY tweaking their game. Teemo nerfs are (eventually) Console is still TBD which is INSANE. No one from console will want to play by then. We all got months over them. Yas/Ekko meta make the game stale already I really fear this game won’t last long at this rate
