The average European cop is more reluctant to use force than the average commiefornia cop, yet they have a much lower crime rate. You can actually go partying in public without worrying about the police shooting you to death because you punched one of them.

Some people do not have the temperament or physical tools to be in law enforcement. You wonder how they made it through the selection process, and why they wanted to be in LE in the first place.
