My sister. My lifelong inspiration to do better. My hero. Has devoted her life to educating special needs children. Starting as a teen volunteering at a camp for kids with Muscular Dystrophy to her present-day work educating educators.
Here I am straining to hold up a thousand pound "sugar free" cake. Who knew shower caulk and cinder blocks were a sugar substitute?
Thank you everyone for all of your birthday wishes.

Such a sweet interview with our kids. Just to amend the story a bit, I’d like to include mention of the incredible guiding force that is Susie Miller Tweedy, my wife, their mother. Without her joyful gifts, strength, and good judgement none of us would be in the shape we are in.
“I’m just happy they’ll hang out with me. The fact that we get to play music together makes me feel like the luckiest person in the world." -

Why do people outside of Texas tweet about Beto? Because they wish they could vote for him — this Illinoisan sure does. If you live in Texas and can vote, please do. Bring a friend!

There are a lot of reasons to spread the word about this release, the band, the label…But to me nothing beats that it was recorded at my wife Susie’s (& her awesome partner Julia’s) deeply missed, legendary rock club Lounge Ax. And with a reprinted Nov ’93 show schedule to boot!
Jeff's third book WORLD WITHIN A SONG: Music That Changed My Life and Life That Changed My Music will be available Nov. 7!
Preorder now and yours will include a cover on it!
A few snaps from Jeff's week in LA. ❤️ to Largo, surprise openers: Margaret Cho, Fred Armisen, Nick Offerman, Ryan Asher, Judd Apatow, and everyone who joined for four special nights!

Chris, this has come to my attention.
I’m sorry. Will be corrected in future editions.
Also, I had breakfast with Neil Armstrong one time. I had a migraine. He said that he’d never had a headache. I said “weird, I’ve never been to the moon.” We laughed.
Oddly enough, I do not. I have theories as to why that is (e.g. I hate headphones…). But I’m not an expert so I’ll just say I’m grateful things are as they are. I feel deeply for those suffering.
