🚨📢Excited to share pediatric concussion biomarker data from the @SHRedConcussio1 study! Big thank you to SHRed participants and collaborators across Canada for this massive project!. @SIPRC_ @CarolynAEmery @ChantelDebert @WellingtonUBC @uofcknes @UCalgaryMed @UofCr4kids.
This cohort study of 1023 blood samples demonstrated sex-dependent changes in plasma GFAP, UCH-L1, NfL, and t-tau in adolescents with sport-related concussion, supporting their continued use in investigating concussion pathology in pediatric populations.
