For what it’s worth, I had severe sciatica in my right lower back and down my right leg. I started taking 1000mg Magnesium Citrate and 1000mg Vitamin C in powder form and my sciatica diminished to almost zero. Right now I’m pain free!

Many City water treatment plants put Flouride in the water. When you shower or bathe it is absorbed through the skin. I too only drink bottled water but sadly there may be no real way to escape it.
