Witnessed the highest level of disrespect, bullying and harassment in an official setting at the Ministry of Finance from a senior male staff towards a junior female staff.
My blood was boiling! Helped her to report the matter to Snr Mgt and I truly hope he gets punished.

I will reach out to her. She was clearly very disturbed today. The director did say he will take the necessary action. No one should be treated like that.

I was so shocked....had to ask whether he was joking. Poor lady was so furious that she cried. I still cannot believe what I witnessed!

It is very hard for men to respect women in work places especially when they are your senior... I for one knows how it feels to be the only female in a work place were the men feel like a woman shouldn’t be their leader or senior😡
