just listened to @myfirstmilpod with @bhorowitz and found out that @a16z's company policy doesn't allow its employees to: 1) talk poorly about entrepreneurs (they get fired if they do) 2) be late to meetings w/ founders (every minute late they're charged $10) kinda love this
