The obvious answer is you don’t just quit. The other obvious answer is, you want to end the game on a positive note. A second TD. Against the best D in college is a huge confident builder. Georgia didn’t want to give up that TD as much as UK wanted to score it

I saw one Ga fan online say taking the timeout we a breach of etiquette. It’s a sport where the players are as violent as possible…I don’t think your unwritten country club rules apply here 😂🙄

We drove the ball to the 1 yard line and that is a drive you want to finish. Stoops isn't calling TO if the ball is not that close to the endzone. It was a great decision.
