For those following our EIGHTEEN MONTH @WindowWorld journey. They brought out the SEVENTH replacement today & it was AGAIN the wrong window. We are feeling hopeless and defeated. That’s 4 days of lost wages/sick time, countless phone calls because no one answers or calls back,
