10 weeks into @JULionsBaseball first ever fall training with @PDPAthletics and gains have been made. We started the fall with 2 pitchers touching 87 or higher. Now there are 6 pitchers 88+. 13 of the 15 pitchers gained at least 1mph.

Back in May, Lucas emailed me about playing for @JULionsBaseball . He came out to throw a pen, looking like an NFL linebacker and sat 81-83. I told him “you come to Justice I personally guarantee you’ll be 90+.” 6 weeks ago he had a PR of 85.1mph, today he hit 90.6🔥
