This is the definition of what someone means when they say they don't deserve your kindness or otherwise. They are taking you for granted if they don't express the value behind your words and most importantly your actions. Struggle to express is one thing, but 0 reciprocation or.

I'm still trying to figure this out. I don't know what is truly the best for me right now, all I know for sure is that I need to be kept around positivity and figure out simple solutions if problems arise, because it is easy to complicate things.

for the first time in my life, a friend told me theyre excited for my growth. At first, it sounded weird but in retrospect, it was appropriate because jamm3r made me feel clarity; healed.

my friend jamm3r told me to lend my hand out just enough for people to grab if they wish, instead of extending my whole body for people. if they do, great. then if not, i can't force them to. jaybills said i did the absolute best i could. had i kept this up, my soul would've.

i had to learn the hard way to not look at people the way i want them to be and instead view them how they actually are. if i grow distant or if i'm not around as much, it's because i'm protecting my heart. i realize i've done your true self a disservice in the act of kindness.

In a much clearer state of mind compared to last night. While not necessarily feeling good, I've regained control but there is weight I still bare. I don't want to experience that attempt, ever again. Thanks to those that reached out. I'm okay.

It feels like I have to want to create or spend time with someone in order to live. I hope no future child grows up disconnected or severed prematurely.
